But it is better to fix it immediately after you get up from the bed, after fixing your breakfast, then fix it.

To remove these particles, wash your bedchat with hot water once a week, if you are not able to dissolve with hot water, frozen it for an overnight, all the particles are finished. For me i advice my childrens every morning to leaving the bedding unclassified, or putting a lid on it and waiting for moisture to disappear, stressing the importance of opening the window for ventilation
