When you look at a fruit and vegetable most of us don't even question the shape or form they come in. In fact I could say most have no Idea. In saying that more and more people are coming back to self care and self education instead of relying on others for there information and testing it out for themselves. Back thousands of years ago ancient scholars would observe their environment and came to the conclusion that there is a design to this universe and structure and if we follow these 'rules' we can have a more enjoyable life. One of those rules was how the shape of a fruit or vegetable correlated with a positive affect on the body.
To give some examples I'll start with the walnut. It has a hard casing and within two sides a left and right hemisphere. the nut inside also has crevices. All of these things can be related to our head and brain. ancient scholars believed when you ate this specific shape or pattern it was a gift to the area correlating to the shape. So therefore walnuts were good brain food.
Scientifically we know that omega 3 goes through the blood brain barrier and walnuts are very high in omega 3's. Some can argue this is just a Coincidence but as you look into other vegetables it seems to suggest otherwise.
broccoli shapes is similar to how our lungs are formed inside. There was a recent study showing that a high increase in broccoli intake reduced detoxification and inflammation in half in just 10 days from an avid tobacco smoker.

Celery has long green stalks, snaps like a bone and looks like a bone structure. Our bones contain around 23% sodium and so does celery. https://saveourbones.com/the-often-ignored-alkalizing-powerhouse-your-bones-need/

We exist in this world with so many unanswered questions but we are too busy thinking and never actually looking at whats right in front of us that we can miss the boat so to speak.
One thing I notice within the online community the sceptics and naysayers that just call this anecdotal evidence. Sometimes the world has become so over complicated that we miss the simplicity and design that we exist in. Even when their is science to back this up. Simply denying evidence is one thing but I implore those sitting on the fence to see for yourself. If you are struggling with any health issue correlating to a fruit or vegetable that you think relates why not give it a go. Proof is in the doing.
thanks for reading! I'll be posting more articles about health and how we can embrace nature to live according to it's design.
Thank you.
No worries :)
