That's a great post. Multivitamins are often artificially created and don't contain any of the living enzymes that you get in real food. I took multi's for years and stopped taking them. I didn't feel any worse, and probably felt better as I increased my raw vegetables and fruit intake. I should definitely eat more apples, I'm just not that keen on them ;)
