I'm in college, and don't always have time to eat breakfast in the morning. I've been doing CICO with my fitness pal for about a month now. One thing i've noticed is that when I eat breakfast, I'm HUNGRY for lunch. If I don't eat breakfast, then I'll just be sort of ready for lunch, but not actually hungry.Also, maybe it's mentally better for me to eat a lot of smaller meals. I feel like when I don't eat breakfast, I give myself a reason to gorge at dinner (gotta eat back those calories I missed at breakfast) when I'm not actually THAT hungry.It'd be great if you guys had either some personal feedback or scientific information on this!
Morning fasting has some great benefits ! Just drink lots of water.
