Nice post. I have recently switched to a strictly Vegan diet and working out for roughly 25 minutes 4 days a week. I feel better than ever. Could improve my sleep habits though. Thanks for the post!

Thanks man. Good thing you are vegan now though I'd say vegans do little excessive of not eating milk and cheese or curd as they are coming from animals. I drink milk and like curd and cheese. Anyway when we are born what we drink for first 6 months is milk. So I'd suggest be vegetarian and not vegan. Milk, Curd, Butter, Cheese are extremely good for you!
I'm no doctor, but I'm of the mind that none of those things are "good" for me. I was vegetarian for a year and never felt much different than when I was practically living on Jack in the Box garbage. I've only been vegan about a month now and already lost 10 pounds, my endurance while working out is way up and I feel considerably better all around. Of course, we're all built differently, so YMMV.
Good for you man! When you eat good you feel good, you think and you become good. Lots of mental peace!
