To be fair he did cite a reference. Either way, there's not much I can do about it unless I want to spend an forgiveable amount of time trying to code a function that'll check each post for X requirements, and then search the web for plagiarism.
It's just not worth the countless weeks it would take to program that. Not to mention, I don't have the required knowledge to input such a function.
Thank you for making me aware though, I'm sure a lot of other users are doing the exact same thing.
When reported by a user, since you evidently read your comments received you could look, as you have done, evaluate, and then remove the vote if you deem it to be theft of any nature. You must be aware of the growing backlash toward vote bots that support this type of content. But your vote, your choice. Have a good day.

But seeing recent replies and going through upvoted posts are two very different things! :P
I will however see if there's something I can come up with that might work.
