STEEMIANS EXPERIENCED " URINARY TRACT INFECTION " : HOSPITALIZATON

in #health8 years ago

Last September 23,2016 at 1:50 am dawn, I was confined at the hospital in our town due to chilling, severe headache, fever and vomiting !!!

Early in the Morning, my Urine was examined, and there , they found out that I have a Urinary Tract Infection, and I was just shocked because for me, I am not fan drinking soft drinks, eating junk foods, but then the doctor told me what triggers me to have UTI, these are the followings foods that I used to eat before I got to the hospital :

  •  Canned Goods
  •  Dried Fish
  • Noodles
  • And many more on salty foods, I cannot state here the Filipino Foods that trigger also in having UTI , due to different terms.

DAY 1 :

DAY 2 :

DAY 3 :

DAY 4 : LAST DAY !!! ( FINALLY )

These are the things you need to do to avoid Urinary Tract Infection :

  • Drink more Water
  • Avoid eating Junk foods and drinking Soft Drinks
  • Avoid salty foods
  • According to the Doctor, it doesn't mean to not eat those foods that trigger UTI, however prevention is better than cure, so minimize to eat those foods.

Oh noes! I'm sorry, that really sucks!
Hope you're feeling better!

I love how you still get tips in for the rest of us even when I'm sure you're not quite feeling well.

Thank you for your concerns, yes it was really outchy, don't really like to eat and everytime they inject some medicines, super really sucks into my nerves :(

Important to eat well. Hospitalized myself last year with Meningitis. Drink plenty of water and wish you well to feeling better!

Thank you for your concern, Yes, I'm still hoping for my fast recovery.

Better drink more natural fruit juices than powdered drinks...but they are more expensive. It sucks.

Yes my @darthnava, I used to drink Del Monte juice now and really more waters, because I don't want to experience again UTI.

Those kind of foods don't actually cause UTIs as such they can make the symptoms worse. The best thing to do is drink plenty of fluids and alkaline juices like cranberry are supposed to help but drinking lots of juice is not good for you either due to the sugar content.

Thank you for your advice, maybe it's safe to drink more water alone just to avoid of having it, and careful on eating foods.

Yes or if you do find cranberry juice helps only have a glass a day or so until you are better.

Get well soon!

Thank You, more to you :)
