La azúcar es mala para el organismo, por esto es mejor optar por la stevia, cabe destacar que todo en exceso es malo, así que tampoco debe abusar de las cantidades de stevia que coloque en sus comidas. Ademas, si ya se decido a consumir stevia, revise antes de comprar sus ingredientes, ya que muchas suelen estar ligadas con otro tipo de azúcar dañina igualmente.
