Having been a runner for so long, I sometimes forget that it took a big leap of faith for me to head out of the door for my first run. I was unfit, overweight, ungainly, and I didn't have a clue what I was doing. We can overcomplicate running sometimes with GPS devices, technical gear, and training jargon. I wanted to write a really simple guide for those considering lacing up their trainers for the first time, or for those wanting to get back to fitness after a break. Hope you find it useful. Feel free to share away.
Happy running!
