thanks for the share! There are many divergent opinions on B12 one is that the body produces B12 itself if nourished with a raw-vegan, plant-based, alkaline diet. And that meat produces a sour environment in your body, which blocks the B12 of being absorbed. That's Prof. Walter Veith who said that. Loads of stuff I left out of the video I made about B12. I think that we can derive b12 from raw plants in the form of dirt and organic matter being stuck to the outside of the plant that doesn't get washed off.
