I have 8 tips for you how you can lose weight and keep it off permanently!
In addition to that you will be happy, satisfied and healthy! :)
1- Never skip breakfast!
If you cannot each so early in the morning, that´s not an issue – just eat whenever you get hungry – but choose your first meal to be a healthy mix of whole grains, protein, healthy fats and add also fruits for the vitamins to it. The right breakfast will keep your hunger down so you will snack less throughout the day.
2- Move more!
Add more movement during the day, don´t use elevator, take stairs instead. Park your car far away and walk to the grocery store. Also try to take a walk after eating lunch or dinner. If you will consistently try to add movement during your day you will feel better, more fit and lose some pounds of weight, i promise you that. 3- Live the clean eating lifestyle!
Well, at least try to focus on whole, unprocessed food without or short list of ingredients.
Pay attention to the composition of your food when shopping. Try to prefer foods with no or with a short list of ingredients. Food in their natural form is the best way to eat healthy. Avoid fast food, because it contains preservatives, lots of fat and sugar.
Try to find alternatives and, above all, cook more yourself. It does not always have to be complicated, it is also quick and easy. If you need recipes and suggestions, let me know in the comments.
4- Get enough sleep!
Make sure you get enough sleep, because lack of sleep leads to less energy in your everyday life and this is compensated by eating more food, so that you will be more hungry. Also this can increase your cravings for sweets. So Please Allow yourself and your body to recover.
5- Eat not less, but the right food!
Many of you believe that it helps to eat very little to lose weight and keep it off permanently, but this is rather counterproductive. For your body to function, it needs a minimum amount of energy. If it does not get that energy, it automatically lowers its energy needs. By not eating enough, you lower your basal metabolic rate and as soon as you start eating more, your body gets the extra calories and you take it directly back - Hello Jo-Jo-Effect!
So do not eat less, eat better --, eat healthy balanced meals, consisting of complex carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vegetables!
6- Drink a lot of water!
Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid sugary drinks such as juices and sodas. This dampens hunger and in addition to that you can you interpret the signals of the body better and do not confuse the thirst with hunger. In addition, water gets your digestion going and fights toxins out of your body!
7- Do not even buy unhealthy snacks
Do not stock up on snacks with chips and thinsgs like that., but buy healthy alternatives instead. For example, you can buy natural seeds or nuts instead of chips. In general, try to equip your fridge with healthy food, because if you do not have anything unhealthy stocked, you will make automatically healthy choices and grap the healthy food. Focus on a lot of fresh foods like vegetables, fruits, potatoes etc.
8- Stop eating out so much
Try eating out 1-2 times a week because you do not even know what's in your food and often the restaurants cook with lots of fat, salt and sugar. If you eat out try to choose the healthier meals, for example fish with boiled potatoes or a salad with chicken strips instead of pizza.
