Hello steemians and welcome to my blog. i pray you do have a nice read. Health is wealth and it is the most precious gift we own. Fruits,in moderate consuming makes us feel really good and look fresh in and out of our skin.
I love to talk about bananas,in as much as i like to eat it. It gives not only colour to particular food(e.g rice) but also its an abundance of nutrition and vitamin. Bananas are packed with healthy benefits. it is one of the oldest fruits to have been cultivated by humans.
Most of us know they are a great source of vitamin and potassium,but i am going to share some of the more suprising banana health benefits.Coming to the details of the benefits,i would like to share are as below:
(1) Improved digestion:
Most of us dont get fiber in our diets. fiber is needed to help food travel smoothly through the digestive tract. Bananas are a great source of dietary fiber. it helps to feed helpful bacteria that lives in our digestive tract.

(2) Vitamin B6:
Bananas are high in vitamin B6. This vitamin is important in creating haemogloblin for healthy food.B6 produces anti bodies for a stronger immune response in our body.
Just one banana has much of our recommended daily intake of vitamin B6, and they taste much better than vitamin pills.

(3) High source of potassium:
The high content of potassium in bananas makes its a good fruit. This mineral is known for its numerous health benefiting properties. Potassium helps muscles to contract and nerve cells to respond. It keeps the heart beating regularly and can reduce the effect of sodium on blood pressure.

(4) Natural healing:
Eating bananas will help prevent kidney cancer,protects the eyes against mascular degeneration and builds strong bones by increasing calcium absorption. They are also high in antioxidants, providing protection from free radicals.

(5) Improves mood condition:
Bananas are good source of amino acid tryptophan,which our body converts to serotonin. serotonin is an important chemical neurotransmitter in the human body.
At times when i feel bored and wanting to eat something tasty, i go for banana. mostly i eat them with groundnut, wereas it makes me feel relaxed and i enjoy it.

These are just few benefits of consuming nanana daily. There are lots more to know. Eating bananas,in particular everyday gives and offers us more nutroents with less risk to disesases.I am interested to hear any ideas you might have for more beneficial way to enjoy bananas.
