Breakfast: Plain organic (soy based) yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and peaches. Organic 7 grain whole wheat toast with (soy based) butter. Coffee with soy milk.

Lunch: Falafel sandwich with iceberg lettuce, tomato, celery and tahini sauce on peta bread. Green tea to drink

Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce.

I've been vegan for 12 years so eating healthy is pretty common in my life, however my wife and I don't always eat as healthy as we should, but that's going to change very soon.

Thank you for all of your great posts influencing others to be healthy. Not many are as caring for others.
