I have been a vegetarian for a little 8 years now and would like to "convert" (or what it says now) to be vegan, mostly for health reasons. I would therefore like to hear if some of you know a vegan diet plan that contains about 1200 kcal, since I would like to lose 5 kilos when we reach July.
Hope some of you will help - and please, no comments about how unhealthy it is to live vegan - it's not if you do it right :)
