Try setting your own records and pushing yourself to break them every time. For example trying to run your normal distance on the treadmill in a shorter period of time than the day before.

5) Don't miss out on meals


Keeping your body without nutrition will put it in a catabolic state which means it will start using up muscle tissue to gain energy. You definitely do not want that!

6) Substitute sodas for 0 calorie drinks


Water is perfect at keeping you hydrated and won't have you putting on pounds of fat as it has precisely 0 calories

Every once in a while everyone needs an extra boost or motivation. Find something that motivates you be it movies or workout videos on YouTube.
