As an ex-bodybuilder I've had my fair share of knee-pain and my personal experience was that knee-sleaves/knee-caps made a huge difference and enabled me to continue exercise to this date without any further issues whatsoever! So tip for anyone out there who might experience knee pain 🙏🏼
