Challenge Completed - 158 reps!
Hope it's not too late! My current lifting program is around 4x a week, so can't contribute daily, but this was my Monday workout:
- Bench Press: 34 reps
- Pull Ups: 42 reps
- Military Press: 42 reps
- One-arm dumbbell row: 34 reps
- Barbell bicep curl: 24 reps
- Tricep Pushdown: 24 reps
