You life is your own, so what happens to you is primarily up to you ; if you decide to move to Chernobyl and live next to the old decaying nuclear power plant then just maybe you might not enjoy a long life of good health. Another thing is sharing a needle with others heating up a chemical mixture and shooting it into your veins.
Most people know cigarette smoking and long life do not go together , but forget about that car or bus as they race across the street. Bus versus person , how would you choose the winner to bet on ? But besides our own free will much of our health is decided by our local environment, socio-economic status and genetics. . .
But most people do not understand a very simple fact of biology , many body toxins leak out of your body via your skin. Thus simply washing your feet lowers exposure to many of these toxins long over over the course of your lifespan. No it is not some magical cure but it is simply removing many poisons from contact with yourself.
The second tip; hint : your mouth is a cesspool ! drink plain water, rinse and brush your teeth twice a day , floss three times per week ; but over flossing damages gum linings leading to gum diseases like gingivitis. Clean water alone will hydrate you , freshen your breathe , clean food particles and sticky juices off your gums and teeth.
So wash your feet two or three times per day and drink water after every meal, especially when you cannot brush and rinse your mouth every time you visit somewhere you can access water ; better still carry your own water often ! ! !
