Liver is the second largest organ of our body. and we always dare to keep eating unhealthy food to damage liver. Now-a-days we often come to know about hepatitis-B, hepatitis-C which lead to chronic liver disease, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer in advanced stage. its obvious to keep our liver healthy to not to be suffered in the long run.
COFFEE
Coffee helps to keep our liver protected. It also works even in those who already have problems with this organ.
GRAPEFRUIT
Grapefruit is rich in antioxidants which is very essential to keep liver healthy.
BEETROOT JUICE
beetroot juice keeps our liver protected from inflammation.
BROCCOLI
Broccoli increases the detoxifying enzymes in our body.
NUTS
Nuts are not only good for liver but also good for whole body.
OLIVE OIL
Replace other vegetable oils with olive oil in your kitchen. benefits will be seen soon.
