Why is growing high blood pressure problem?

in #health7 years ago (edited)

One of the main problems that we are experiencing with physical problems in the current life cycle is high blood pressure or high blood pressure. The important thing is that men are more likely to suffer from this problem than women. As a result of 2015 global survey, 1.13 billion people are victims of this disease. And this problem is clearly seen in the countries of low and middle-class economics. According to a new study, the number of people suffering from high blood pressure has increased twice as compared to the last 40 years. According to the study, the number of people infected with this rate increases, 25% people suffer from high blood pressure in 2025.

Most people in South Asia and Africa are suffering from this problem
Imperial College London's Global Environment Health's renowned researcher Majit Izzati analyzed the issue. According to him, poverty and economic misery are one of the main reasons for the attack on high blood pressure. Compared to European countries, most people in South Asian and African countries are suffering from this problem. According to him, obesity, kidney problems of people with high blood pressure, heart problems, and stroke risk also increases. Also, poor quality nutrition increases the incidence of this disease. So economic weaknesses are increasingly increasing the chances of getting infected with this disease. According to Izzati, this high blood pressure may also increase other physical problems. Despite not being included in this study, various important people agreed with Izzati. Professor Robert Clerk of the Public Health Department at Oxford University, Dr. Rajib Chowdhury, professor of Public Health Department at Cambridge University, a specialist in preventing this disease, agreed on the importance of creating a health-conscious environment, playing an important role in preventing high blood pressure. W.H.O. According to its research, 7.5 million deaths were reported among people suffering from high blood pressure in the world and 13% of the people were dying.

Let's know who is more likely to be infected with high blood pressure:

Those who eat more salt and potassium,
Those whose ancestors have the tendency to have genetic causes,
Those who live in disturbed areas,
Those who have received poor nutrition in childhood, etc.
On the basis of the above discussion we can say that high blood pressure is a dangerous problem and malnutrition, poverty etc. can further strengthen this problem. So, if the economic crisis of the country can be reduced and we try to keep the environment free of pollution and from childhood, if we can provide nutritious food to the children, then the future of this disease may be reduced in the future.

Great info..@zakia. Keep up this good work.

thank you.

Great information. Most likely people like us Indonesia with high consuming of salt will get this problem

I've recently watched some documentaries on veganism, how switching to a plant-based diet reduces high blood pressure.
I can't speak from my personal experience (that's good, no?) but it's something definitely worth looking into - eating clean foods.
I've been vegan for 1.5 months and I can see very healthy changes.
Tnx for the article, it's good to raise awareness.
