Excellent video, @zeldam! I liked and sub'd over on YouTube ftom my positive777 channel. I've been called by a few people, "The Garlic Man" - LOL. That's because anytime I start to feel a cold coming on, if eaten or taken in pill form in time it usually knocks it right out of me, as it is known in some circles of society as "the poor man's anti-biotic".
Garlic is also full of vitamins and nutrients too. Research shows that a 1 ounce (28 grams) serving of garlic contains):
Manganese: 23% of the RDA
Vitamin B6: 17% of the RDA
Vitamin C: 15% of the RDA
Selenium: 6% of the RDA
Fiber: 0.6 gram
Decent amounts of calcium, copper, potassium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, selenium and others
It mentioned not to consume it raw, which I guess you mean just eating a clove, as that can really upset the stomach. Some people get around that and will just swallow the clove whole like a pill, but unless its a small clove, that isn't an easy task for many.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine, is famous for saying, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” I live by that. After Rockefeller essentially created the modern day pharmaceutical industry, the world hasn't been the same.
Hey, I think if you post original content and write a paragraph about your opinion of this video, you will be able to gain more attention from others. Also, remember to put the source if you borrowed any information from the internet. Good luck :)
