Chakras or Chakras are a concept derived from Indian culture that reflects the seven energy centers in the human body that control their mental and physical state. It is very important to know the chakras within each of us and how to influence them and energize them to provide the body with positive energy balance, which ensures a better lifestyle. As we have mentioned, there are seven chakras within each person. These chakras are divided into two parts, chakras with single numbers and others with even numbers.

Individual chakras are concerned with the exogenous energy of the surrounding world, masculine qualities such as the manifestation of abilities, desires, and controls emanating from the individual to all around him. The marital chakras are concerned with the potential and energy of the human being from the surrounding environment, feminine qualities such as the sense of tranquility, calmness, openness, wisdom.

  • Root Chakra

Symbolized by red and located at the end of the spine, which represents the basis of the human and responsible for the sense of security and stability of the moral side, on the material side, they make greater use of the basics of living, such as money and food.   • Throat Chakra:

Symbolized by blue turquoise and as it is clear from its name, it is located at the throat and is responsible for the ability to communicate with others, openness and self-expression. Laryngeal activates when eating fruit in general and drinking tea and natural juices.

The power of this shakra can be activated through several exercises:

Standing on the shoulders.

Singing.

Chanting hymns and songs.
  • Thanking the Third Eye Chakra:

Symbolized by indigo and located in the middle of the front between the eyes and is responsible for the ability to focus, imagination, visualization, wisdom, thinking and decision-making ability.
