-Too often face wash
Wash face multiple times can make face cleaner? Wrong. The more often you wash your face it will make skin irritation and stimulate excess oil production (sebum). Limit rituals to wash your face quite twice a day, morning and evening. If you just move indoors, do not wear makeup, and do not sweat too much, just rinse face with warm water at night.
Does this mean you can skip face wash in the morning? Certainly not. As you sleep, your facial skin performs a self-cleansing ritual, driving waste and dirt out through the sweat glands and pores. Keep any residual garbage left on your skin in the morning. So yes, you have to wash your face twice a day.
-Hot water? No!
Wash your face with hot water to open the pores, then rinse with cold water. Maybe you often hear this "advice", or just routinely do it? Actually, the pores do not have the muscles to open and close. Hot water will actually make the skin dry and irritated. Leave this habit and replace hot water with warm water to cleanse the face.
-Too often exfoliation
When your facial skin is in trouble, it's natural to "strike back" with a series of skin treatments to get your face back smooth and clear. One of them with exfoliation or exfoliation.
Exfoliation does need to be done regularly about 1 to 3 times a week. But remember, do not overdo it. Carelessly scrub or exfoliant scrub can cause dry skin, irritation, inflammation, and even infection. All of this damages your skin's ability to fight off acne-causing bacteria.
Tip: The finger is a natural exfoliator that is very effective to remove dead skin. Use your fingers to apply the exfoliator cream, instead of using a damp towel, to prevent skin from being attracted and scratched. For best results, massage the product in a soft circular pattern starting from the neck and slowly moving upwards.
-Rinse out in a hurry
Just like a quick bath that does not make you feel clean and fresh, too hasty to wash your face is also not effective in getting rid of dirt and grease. To get a facial skin that always looks primed, take at least two minutes to wash your face. Concentrate massage in the area around the nose and forehead that tend to oily.
Tip: If you are using a milk cleanser, gently wipe the cleanser in an upward circular motion throughout the face in a dry state. Do it for at least thirty seconds so the cleanser can break down the oil and makeup residue. Afterwards, take the cleanser again and repeat the massage. The second cleanser stage will help dissolve any residue left in the first stage. Finally, rinse with water until clean
Thanks for the tips :)
