-Hazardous chemical products
Learn the composition contained in your cleaning product. Avoid harmful cosmetic ingredients, such as parabens, fragrances, and dyes. Also avoid sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS), a high-concentration detergent commonly used for cleaning machine impurities, floor cleaners, and car shampoo. SLS is a common risk factor for allergic reactions and irritation of the facial skin.
-Rubbing habits
Whatever your skin type, it is important to be careful when applying a cleanser, mask, or exfoliant. Do not rub the cleanser too tightly so the skin is attracted. Do not also rub the towel to face while drying your face. Both of these will threaten the elasticity of facial skin. Let the face dry by itself or pat the face with a clean towel.
Tip: distinguish a special face towel with a bath towel, let alone with someone else's. Towels are the main place of bacteria to breed.
-Using a moisturizer when the skin is already dry
This last step is probably one of the most important stages in a facial care routine. Moisturizer aka moisturizer will seal your skin's natural moisture and act as a barrier against toxins, free radicals, and foreign particles that are harmful to the skin. Apply moisturizer immediately after washing your face while the face is still damp, and massage the face gently. Always massage in upward motion to avoid skin attracted.
