Can you tell me for "leg day" i struggle with that. No matter how intense of a workout i do, my legs don't get bigger. They look big for a few days then back to looking skinny

Plz upload your exercises as u playing the role of hero in it..doing exercises Hehe... . 😉💪You read my mind i will prefer to see you as well doing the exercises... I suffer more of backache... Will want to know more of how strengthen back muscles... BTW if i miss out anything interesting of your post as i am going for mindfulness training camp of three days till Sunday starting from now... Ah the joys of leg day :-) I'll cover that tomorrow, but to give you a preview it has to consist of single leg training and some sprinter squats :-)
