Can you tell me for "leg day" i struggle with that. No matter how intense of a workout i do, my legs don't get bigger. They look big for a few days then back to looking skinny

Ah the joys of leg day :-) I'll cover that tomorrow, but to give you a preview it has to consist of single leg training and some sprinter squats :-)
