5 health and fitness myth busted

  1. Weight training will stop height of teenager

    Teenagers are do not allowed or they don't go weight training [ specially in india ] because they believe that this will stop their height growth. This is is completely untrue . Many scientific studies have conducted and this believe is completely a myth. The height depends on one's genetics.  If he/she starts taking steroids then only it can affect their height.
    
  2. Eating Eggs and nuts causes acne

     We have  been instructed to stay away from eggs and nuts specially in summer believing that this will cause acne . This is completely myth . If you are following this then please unfollow it. Thsy should be part of your daily . one should not eat more than 2 egg yolk  per day.
    
  3. spot reduction

       One cannot remove fat from one specific part of body . Fat is cut and accumulate according to our genetics where it wanna store.
    
  4. girls should not do weight training because they will get bulky muscles

         Thats a completely a myth because the reason why boys get muscles because of harmone called testerone . This harmone is very less in ladies.  If you have seen any lady with bulky muscle she would have injected testesterone . 
    
  5. One can not loose weight without exercise

      This is not true because the loosing weight depends 80% on our diet . If one is eating less than his required amoutn of calorie then he/she will loose weight . if one is eating healthy food items , then will loose weight . If you daily calorie requirement is 2000 and you eating 1500 then you will loose weight .
