Before three years ago no one would have thought this possible. Dr's plus many other officials said it would not happen. Yet Abbi wanted to walk. So Julie found a gait trainer which is the tool being used in this picture.
I have not figured out how to do video on a post yet. So still pictures are the best I can do for now.
Abbi goes from her bed room to the kitchen and back to her room up to 25 time in an hour, four days a week. She has been much healthier since we started doing this. At first she did only 5 trips through the house in the hour. Her progress is rewarded by taking her on road trips or doing something special that she wants to do.
Thank you for checking us out.

Love to all
Go, Abbi, go!!! 25 times is a lot! I don't even do that many trips up and down my own hallway in DAY! That's great exercise. What a wonderful confidence booster as well. Tell Abbi I think she's wonderful and to keep up the great work. :)
I will give her the message. Thank you for the encouragement.

I hope she continues to enjoy her walking for a long time to come.
