Good evening today I am happy, browsing the different posts in steemit I got with the new challenge of health sponsored by @healthsquared and @sweetsssj; where this week corresponds to walking, running, riding a bicycle.
Health is very important and one of the things we must keep in mind is to exercise ourselves so as not to be sedentary; and on the contrary always be active.
This week due to the strong health situation that I am living with my husband; which has PARKINSON and is delicate, I decided to meet the challenge walking with my husband in the block of my house, where in addition to exercise walking my husband was distracted with plants, neighbors, animals that we got.
I also did a few laps on a bicycle; Even if I did not manage it, I had a lot of fun and I released some of the stress.
After the walk of every afternoon we share with the family; especially with our two minor granddaughters who are a love.
