Benefits of mushrooms in the diet

Mushrooms are very popular mushrooms all over the world. They are very versatile in the kitchen and their nutritional properties bring us great benefits to health, so we must include them in our diet. In addition to having very few calories (about 30 kcal per 100 grams) are very convenient for people who want to lose weight to lose weight.
They are rich in minerals such as selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, calcium, zinc and potassium, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, C, D and E, vegetable protein and fiber.

What is gluten-free diet?

The gluten-free diet consists of a diet in which gluten, a protein present in wheat, oats, barley and rye, is avoided and can also be found in other products such as medicines, vitamins or supplements. Generally, adaptation to this diet occurs for medical reasons, such as celiac disease, sensitivity to non-celiac gluten, wheat allergy. You can also follow a gluten-free diet as a measure to lose weight, although in this case it is not indicated by the consequences it may have for health.

Before presenting the recipe, I mention the nutritional components of the main ingredients.

Mushroom and walnut cake (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 tbsp rice flour.
75 gr. Peeled nuts.
12 mushrooms
25 ml. liquid cream.
1/2 onion
Salt and pepper.
Virgin Olive Oil

How do you prepare?

Step 1:

Pour 1/2 onion in a pan with olive oil

Step 2

Add 12 chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 8 minutes. Turn off the fire, add 1 tbsp. of flour and rice and stir until integrated. We add 25 ml. of liquid cream and stir until absorbed.

Step 3

We pass the mixture to a beater glass, along with 4 eggs and 75 gr. of peeled nuts. Grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained and pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold. Cook 10-12 minutes, or until set, at medium power (750W, approx.)
