Hello everyone! Today I thought I'd share my favourite recipe for smoothie bowls!
These are very delicious and a good way to start the day with a healthy boost of vitamins.
These are all vegan, and contain just fruit, "milk"(usually oat milk), oats, muesli and other toppings. I layer some oats underneath as well, giving the bowl more filling and a boost of protein. In some of these, I include some vegan protein powder to fill me up.
The smoothie has banana, blueberry and raspberry, blended with some oatmilk. On top is fresh berries, oats and berry muesli. This one was blended with a little too much milk, making it very liquidy and as you can see, the fruit is dropping down.
This is one I made this morning. There's banana, cherry, nectarine blended with some oat milk. Again, there is the same berry muesli and oats, but also crushed almond on top.
This smoothie bowl is more like banana nice cream than anything else, the main bulk of this being blended frozen bananas, with some strawberries in the mix. On top is chopped strawberries, I didn't have any oats with this as there was some protein powder in there too.
Banana and golden peach, blended with some protein and soy milk. On top is some oats and muesli, as well as some golden peach shaped into a heart.

I would definitely recommend the 3rd one with the frozen banana on a hot day like today - mind you, it might not be that hot where you are!
