Are you having an overweight problem so want to lower it immediately? To lose weight, health experts advise us to immediately do diet programs and diligent exercise regularly. Unfortunately, sometimes though we've tried to do it, still weight does not go down. According to health experts, this could be caused by the habit of playing gadgets before going to sleep. How come?

A study conducted at the University of Granada, Spain, managed to find surprising facts about the use of mobile phones at night that is often done some people around the world. Apparently, the habit that is considered reasonable can cause obesity problems.
Prior to this study, health experts have mentioned that blue lights released from cell phones can trigger an interruption in the release of the hormone melatonin, a sleep hormone that determines the quality and soundness of our sleep. If until the production of this hormone is disrupted, then other hormones like ghrelin and leptin will also be affected. In fact, both types of these hormones play a major role in controlling appetite. For this reason, if we lack sleep or sleep with no soundness, we will more easily feel hungry with excessive.
Dr. Simon Kyle, who was involved in the study, said that scientists injected melatonin hormones in mice. Apparently, this can make these mice have a better quality sleep patterns and eventually make them fight the arrival of obesity and diabetes better.
Given this fact, Dr. Kyle also advised us to turn off the phone at night or put it outside the room. If necessary, do not charge the battery in the room so we are not easily interested to check it and at risk of weight gain.
