Ingredients to Make Beer pletok:
- 2 liters of water.
- 350 grams of ginger, crushed / mashed.
- 6 seeds Cloves.
- 5 cm cinnamon.
- 3 cardamom seeds.
- 5 stalks lemongrass / sere, crushed / mashed.
- 25 gr Wooden cup.
- 1/2 nutmeg seeds, crushed / mashed.
- 500 grams of sugar.
- Salt to taste.

How To Make Beer pletok Khas Betawi Efficacious Warm and Healthy:
- Mix the water and sugar to the pan.
- Add the ginger, then boil using a medium heat until boiling and the sugar has dissolved completely.
- Add the sugar and ginger into a solution of the wooden cup, stir until blended.
- Add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg crushed.
- Enter the crushed stalks lemongrass, continue cooking over low heat until rempahnya aroma wafted out, this process takes approximately 1 hour.
- Remove, strain and serve in cold weather.
