So you need these things to make this smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 4-5 strawberries
- 10-15 grams of chia seeds
- 50 grams of oat meal
- Bulgarian yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 15 grams of walnut
Put all the ingrediants in a blender and in 30-45 seconds it will be ready! You can put 1-2 icecubes to make it colder!
Note! The chia seeds need to stay in water or in the yogurt for 12 hours to better digest them and take all the benefits.
