One day I'll make the onions cry

This is my first posting on Hive. I've been looking around a bit and found so many interesting topics here. So I made the decision to start writing some content.
My main focus is healthy food. Nowadays there's so much variety in food. But sadly most of it is not really healthy. People tend to go for the easy and quick solution to grab some food.
When i was young I did exactly the same. Cooking was not really important to me. But later I realized that food is so important for our body. So I followed courses for cooking and nutrition. One of the best courses for me was to become a dietitian. That was a real eye opener to me. I'm not overweight, but I wanted to eat healthy and balanced.
Time to throw away all the instant meals, all the food full of preservatives and sugar, fat and salt. One of the best purchases I did was the Philips Airfryer. Most people buy it to make fries and snacks, but I make so much more. I wanted to share some of my recipes to show people that it's not that hard to make good, tasty and healthy food.
