Still, feel tired after a good night's sleep? Here is why!

Everyone has been through this at least once! You could have a good night's sleep and still feel tired/ exhausted after you wake up. One of the main reasons is that you're dehydrated (not drinking enough).

When we don't drink enough our body tends to work harder to send oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. So eventually, we will end up feeling tired.

Drinking enough water, which is on average 3Litre every day is very important for your health. It will prevent dehydration, unclear thinking, being stuck in one mood the whole time, your body overheating, leading to constipation and kidney stones.

This happens to me most of the time. I drink a glass of water and exercise for 5- to 10 minutes and then start my day as usual. The tiredness partly goes away.

Hope this will serve you well. Have a great day of hydration🙋!

Thanks 😊, this is a very valuable info you just dropped here. I do get this feeling most of the time, and here I am thinking it was not getting enough sleep and then I'll sleep some more only to wake up feeling more tired. I'll try this.

Thanks.

Glad I could help😊
