well people may hate to do that, but after you are awake in the morning from a long 6/7 hours sleep, drinking a glass of water will prevent gas problems plus dehydration! although we know caffeine triggers fluid loss, but suddenly a huge amount of caffeine in the body will cause dehydrating problems! Just drink a glass of water or try to drink at least a cup to be well hydrated!
