Exodus 6:27-30
We are finishing up chapter six today after reading all the who's who of everyone involved in these negotiations plus their "fathers" (their family lines). The passage, for context, ended last week with these words, These are the Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said: "Bring out the people of Israel from the land of Egypt by their hosts."
Moshe (Moses) and Aharon (Aaron) his brother were told by God to get the people out of Mitsraim (Egypt) and bring them out by their hosts. I assume that means they should be grouped in their family groups.
God then instructs the two to tell Pharaoh "all that I say to you" just before Moshe starts up with the negative Nancy act saying, "How will Pharaoh listen to me?" I am not sure if I would have the courage to go before the king of the known world either. It is a very big ask.
What Moshe doesn't know, though he should because God told him, is that God is not expecting Pharaoh to listen and obey. He is planning to a lot of things to wear out the Mitsraim leader. We will see that exact promise next week.

It was they who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt about bringing out the people of Israel from Egypt, this Moses and this Aaron.
On the day when the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, the Lord said to Moses, "I am the Lord; tell Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say to you." But Moses said to the Lord, "Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips. How will Pharaoh listen to me?"

The phrase "uncircumcised lips" is a bit baffling to me. Moses wasn't speaking literally here, but why would cutting excess skin from the lips make Moses a better speaker, even metaphorically?
