Hello,
I must say that this has been a pleasant reading experience. You included so many updates in such a consistent format, which is fantastic and I hope we will see more posts of this quality level.
You were able to implement some exciting features. First, the switch to publish as a post or comment is unique in my opinion, also because you still hold the full data within the comment. Frankly, I am quite surprised that you made the length limitation of the submissions, but that may only be my impression as I am not that used to this dictionary-like format.
I am curious whether you have criteria on adding support for other languages. You listed three at the moment. Will you consider more languages based on community demand, or do a survey which language would be beneficial for your platform?
I also like that you enabled editing of older entries after payout. In addition to that, you mention reward support for entries even after steem payout (7-day limit removal). I am looking forward to seeing how that goes.
Regarding the post format, I have little to say. Perhaps only that you did a good job, I like that you listed the sections at the top and wrote just enough about all the points. I could find only one minor typo, and to be honest, I needed to check as well to be sure.
[...] then you likely be eligable for any Utopian upvote.
eligable -> eligible
Yes, that's it. Wish you luck with future updates and looking forward to reading more updates on your project.

Thank you for your kind words!:) Length limitation is there to teach the concept, to prevent authors talk about other topics. It might be a temporary thing but a needed feature for now. The comment/post feature was first implemented by Musing. So, it was an easy decision for me, but here we have a more customized and the first open-source version of it.
At first, we were upvoting entries in many other languages (German, Indonesian, Italian, French and so on), but later we have decided to concentrate on a small number of languages. Thus, we can use our delegation in an efficient way and educate the authors in the languages we know. In the next stages, anything will be possible with local Communities having their own moderation. As a criterion, we will just look if there are willing moderators and curators for them.
For 7-day limit removal, we plan to first separate "like" and "steem upvote" for a post, thus not all likes will mean a steem upvote and vice versa. As we aim for being a long term knowledge website, this might benefit our authors (and it was a requested feature).
I always make the same mistake on that word (eligible), I will fix the typo, thanks! Didic had proof-read the post, and it was one of the parts I added after his check:)
Thank you for your review, @espoem!
So far this week you've reviewed 1 contributions. Keep up the good work!
