It seems I just can't get no respect, or maybe it is respect, I can't tell.
I really don't care to be on the guilds' chamber of echoes list, but when somebody starts spamming accounts, I can't even get included on that list?
What the heck is going on here?

I understand why the guilds keep me out, I'm kinda gruff, set in my ways, and intolerant of those that refuse to see the truth, but why can't I make the spam list?

My father tended to ask me that question and other people, specialy those close to me, did so, more or less. Made me often wonder if something was very wrong with me.
Now I know what I could have said. And what I will say in the future when others suggest there is a different road for me other then the one that is mine to go.

Yeah, my dad went to his grave mad about me not conforming.
He never understood why I did things 'the hard way'.
He thought I should just bow down and accept my oppression.
Sad to read that.
For me my dad said it because he cared and sometimes seemed to find it difficult to understand the how and the why. Never was able to answer him, or others who sometimes were less kind about it...
For me it is not a choice, my path is connected to who I am. That image you shared made me realize that. So now I have an answer, next time somebody asks me kindly or confronts me badly.
And even more now I'm convinced that we all are equivalent and unique at the same time.
