Reblog works the same as any other other social media platform, the only difference being your content is open for everyone to see on Hive, so anyone can reblog your post. I wouldn't worry about the impact it has on your reputation and account as there is none, plus you have no control over what other people do. Worrying about your reputation is very premature and unusual for a newbie
Like any other social media platform, you can use whatever tag you want. Common sense dictates what they mean, like you wouldn't use the photography tag when you are writing a fiction or prose

Thanks for the explanation. I'll check out the link you provided. I understand that many tags are self explanatory but if I don't come across the tags, I won't know they exist. For example, I had already posted an introduction of myself without using #introduceyouurself. I didn't know it exists. When I later found out about it, I had to edit the post and include the tag.
So, what I am actually looking for is a list of all the tags that exist on the platform. I can easily figure what each of them is meant for. All the same, thank you so much for taking the time to explain things to me.
