Looks like you're doing everything right. After the blochain download reaches 100%, you will be placed in a queue. Sometimes, the queue can take 30 minutes to reach your miner. Once it does, it will start mining and you will see new lines of text for each transaction received. You will also be able to see your hashrate then.
Fix what? This happens when the miner was not cleanly shut down.
You need to just wait for the miner to load and start mining...
Next time when you close it do it with CTRL + C and then confirm with Y and do not close the window directly by clicking the X :)
and the red witness ? is not a problem?
Don't see a problem with witnesses, you have 2 witnesses properly configured, right?
yes 2 on it with active key i will up then what he make but he never starts :( staying now on 98%
Eventually it should finish with the rescan of the blockchain and start mining... just stick to clean shutdowns to avoid the extra wait.
You know that with two witnesses rewards will go to both accounts, right?

Did you setup any miners or only witnesses, as it seems to be working, but not mining?
