Exactly, if you use images from the internet that you don't own you have to add a link to the source and you have to post the Creative Commons Licence under which the image is licensed. If the image isn't licensed under Creative Commons you shouldn't use it or it would be an illegal act and you could get in real trouble not with Steemit but with the law. :)
