open cmd as administrator (start>run>cmd+enter)
follow this steeps : (
or if you want to make it automatic you can just make empty text document somewhere put text (the steep process)
and save as .bat extension and run as administrator)
so here the whole text you need to copy (or to follow each command on each line in CMD)
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
rd /s /q %windir%\softwaredistribution
net start bits
net start wuauserv
wuauclt.exe /detectnow
