Her name is Chahat , She is from Amritsar /India She is suffering from Disease of abnormal weight gain but his parents are helpless they cant afford childs Treatment i have just seen this post of google so i shared here if someone really wants to help here share this post if i will earn something from this post i will give her for his treatment .
