One thing I didn't completely understand though: do you want us to reply to the user who asked the question, or reply to the bot with the answer?
Oh good question. I think I can handle both possibilities when they come up but replying to the bot would be best. Thank you I will add that as instructions within the post.
Alright! I think replying to the bot is the better solution; that way you can see all the replies in a single place ;)
