D. 20 percent (dammit i said minutes but i meant percent). Although, mine does not seem to be recovering. (suppose that's cuz im voting too much. Oh well. maybe one day when im more than a plankton I can vote as much as I want for all the cool posts since there are sooooo many). Can that be a question? As far as if its better to wait for voting power to get back above 90% or to just straight up keep voting even when it takes a long time to recover if you vote everyday and get down in the 50's. Hope you understand my question.
