Of the many forms of physical activity to get rid of overweight or simply strengthen the muscles, it often takes a strong effort to run it.
A set of physical exercises every day not only smooth the flow of blood, but can improve your mood. Citing Brightside page, Sunday (26/06/2016) physical exercise can now be done in bed for a few minutes. With this form of exercise the following morning you will feel more refreshed and happy.
For some people who are lazy to exercise, this exercise is the right way to get around the body stay healthy and fit.
Movement 1
Position your arms toward the back of the head while putting a pillow on your back. This position is effective to smooth the blood flow and stretch some of the abdominal and chest muscles.
Movement 2
Put a pillow on the neck first and then rub both palms to flow warm - do by rubbing your face with both hands. Do the same thing on the neck, chest, and stomach. It will relax your morning.
Movement 3
Lie on your back with a pillow under your neck and give a slight brush from the wrist to your elbow in turn.
Do the same with your legs from the ankles to the inner thighs.

Lie on your back with your knees bent, then grab your left heel and rub in vigor. Do the same on every toes and soles of your feet.
Movement 5
Renggangkan body with fingers that grip and put hands on the head. Pull your toes and heel down. Then slowly lower your arms and pull down your toes like a ballerina. Repeat several times.
Next do stretch to the side by holding out the opposing arm and legs. Repeat this movement several times in turn.
Movement 6
Pull the knee with flexed abdominal position and spread both hands on the side.
Bend your legs to the left at the same time shake your head. Then do the same with the other side, do this movement as much as you want. After doing all the moves, get up by crawling slowly and breathing with your stomach.
