Hemp and marijuana plants are both cannabis plants. They both are able to produce cannabiods such as CBD, THC, CBN, CBG, and CBC. Any of these extracts are considered to be called hemp or cannabis oil. The true Difference is the amount of THC level inthe plant. Some hemp Strains have high levels of THC. While others will have very low levels of THC and will mainly contain CBD. Hemp and Ruderalis are strains of cannabis that can be very high in CBD, CBC and CBG when specifically grown for such purposes. The Strain Charlottes Web is famous for its high percentage CBD. Many farmers in the U.S. are doing hemp hybrid work with cannabis to produce high CBD yields that qualifies as hemp plants under law.
