Yeah I just punched up our distributor for Hennessy and It's not on the list.
Looks like there is a little bit floating around the U.S. but only in micro amounts though.

I bought this in St. Thomas, they sell them in Puerto Rico too, you can buy them at both airports, and bring up to 6 bottles back.. price was only 30 bucks, people bring em back and sell em for 100 and up...
