When it comes to Tea, I am a fan of Herbal Tea, and I like to explore different types of Herbal Tea. I normally prepare my daily dose of Herbal Tea at home with a mix of spices, and have a minimum of 3 cups a day. On and off, I go for the readymade dip bags, trying out different varieties. There is an Irani spice shop below my building which sells a variety of Tea. Also, when I travel, I pick up these couple of tea bags from hotels. There are always new flavors that I get to explore.
It's amazing to see that there are so many different types of Herbal and Green Teas and so many brands. It gets confusing to select. I like to keep trying out new brands and experience the different flavors. 10 years ago, the selection was limited, not that I knew of it much, but now, there are so many varieties that it becomes difficult to select.
In all the flavors that I have tried out, Chamomile is my favorite and I keep getting all different brands and try it out. All of these which I am sharing today, I find them best suiting my palette.
This is a famous Iranian brand, when I prepare my herbal infusion, I dip one tea bag in it, just for the additional flavor. Normally at the office, I keep a packet of this and have it regularly.
This one has a very fruity flavor, I normally do not like fruity flavors in tea, but this one has a very good aroma of strawberry and the taste is also not the sweet type. It's a fruity and floral flavor.
This is an Indian brand and the best that I have had till date. I love the strong herb flavors that it gives.
This is a Thai brand, marketed with the concept of slimming down. I normally do not believe in these types of marketing. I love the flavor of it, so I picked it up. This one is basically a powder and I add it up in my home-made infusion.
Dammann is a French brand, and the Chamomile flavor is too good, worth a try. I have become a fan of it.
The Twining and Lipton are the local ones, I do not find much flavor in them, they are comparatively very mild. I use them to mix up my infusions on a regular basis.
The best is to always prepare your Herbal Tea at home. Here is my own Recipe.
Fenugreek seeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Pepper seeds, Cloves, Mint Leaves, Ginger grated, curry leaves, 2 to 3 strands of saffron (optional), any one of the tea bags. Add all of it in water, and let it boil till the water becomes half quantity. I prepare it in good quantity in the morning and keep and then keep having it throughout the day. It's very healthy and good for immunity.
Hope these tips will help you in making your own selection or you can even try out my Recipe. I am sure you will love it.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

I also LOVE tea. Recently I tried lavander tea, it was quite a unique taste, something that felt uncommon and yet pleasant.
I drink at least 1 cup per day. I just love the experience of sitting down in silence, pouring the how water, leaving it to infuse. Then I sniff the aromas and take a sip. The overall experience of drinking tea is a very calming one for me.
I have tried Lavender once, I love the fragrance of it, but in taste I did not really like it much. Chamomile has been my favorite.
A cup of Tea, a book, Sunset and silence is my way of totally unwinding after a busy day. I feel like I am taken into another world...hehehe
Same here🥰🥰
We also have a Lipton brand here in Nigeria (I do not know if it is the same as the one in your country), it is a really good brand and healthy as well.
Yes Lipton is a common brand and available all across the world. It's the most common one.
